Terms of Service

Effective date: July 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of TerbiumSEO (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

TerbiumSEO generates SEO content with AI, scores it through a quality gate, publishes it to CMSs you connect, and measures your visibility in AI search engines. Visibility metrics for some engines may be modeled from live measurements. We continuously improve the Service and may change features with notice.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans bill monthly through Stripe until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
  • The AI Visibility Score is free and requires no subscription.

Your content and sites

  • You own the articles the Service generates for your account, including after cancellation.
  • You confirm you control the sites you connect and authorize us to publish to them on your instruction.
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before or after publication and for its compliance with laws applicable to your business.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • generate or publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
  • connect sites you do not control;
  • abuse, probe, or overload the Service or its free scanner;
  • resell the Service without our written agreement.

No guarantees of ranking

Search engines and AI assistants rank and cite content according to their own systems. We build content designed to perform, and we measure results honestly — but we do not and cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, or AI citations.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.

Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with refund of any unused period unless the violation was willful.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before taking effect.
